The consejerÃa of Territory and Housing has approved the PAI in The Nucia (Marina Baixa) area that will occupy 2,7 million square meters for the building of 3,884 properties. The project reserves 500,000 sq.mtrs for sport and recreational use, in three green areas and construction of a golf course in the future. The development of this area will result in a 66% increase in population.
