NOTICE OF OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

RE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Article 11 of the "Ley Organica 1/2002" of March 22, 2002 which regulates the rights of Associations and by means of this notification we wish to advise you of and invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting for the “Asociación Valenciana en Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, Medioambientales y en contra de los Abusos Urbanisticos” (Abusos Urbanisticos No) on the 21st of October of 2003 at 11:00 a.m. for the first call and 11:30 a.m. at the second call if necessary at the Casa de Cultura in Denia (Plaza Jaume I – some nearby parking, a 10 minute walk from the Denia train station, 5 minutes from the bus station).
The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:
1- Reading and approval of the Reports of the Management Committee
2- General outline of future goals and activities of the Association
3- Membership and other fees, if any
4- Resignation/Election of Vice President
5- Modification of Article 5 of the Statutes
6- Any other business
Due to the importance of this meeting we respectfully request your attendance or your authorization to represent you by the attached proxy.
